PIXELS is not the kind of agency you find when you google “cheap website.” We’re the team you call when your digital presence doesn’t match your ambition anymore. When marketing should finally reflect who you really are. And deliver results you can measure.
We’re a small team by choice. 10 to 15 clients at any given time. Almost all of them stay for years. That’s not an accident. It’s how we work: personally, directly, with full commitment. If the chemistry isn’t right, we’ll tell you.
Origins
Started in 1978. Merged in 2018. Sharpened every day.
PIXELS AG has been around since 1978. Founded as a traditional advertising agency. Ads, brochures, trade show booths. In 2015, Pascal Arnold launched Pixels Kingdom as the digital boutique. In 2018, the two merged.
Today, PIXELS carries 45+ years of communications craft – stored in the projects, the archive and the working principles the current team inherited from the founders. We didn’t earn those decades personally. We picked up the work, learned from what existed, and added the digital craft on top. The heritage is real, the agency continues, the methods have been updated.
The reason we approach problems differently is that we have decades of past PIXELS work to learn from. Decades of campaigns that did and didn’t work. Our team is small and current. The history is the lab.

Direct.
We say what we think. If your idea won’t work, we’ll tell you. If something isn’t delivering, we’ll say so. Not to be blunt. Because honest conversations save time and money.
Concrete.
Numbers, examples, proof. We don’t hide behind jargon or vague promises. You’ll always know what you’re getting, what it costs and what it delivers.
Confident.
We know what works. Not because we’ve been around the longest, but because the agency has – and we’ve inherited the proof. We see what landed in 2003 and what didn’t. We test against that. We’re confident the way you’re confident in a recipe that’s been cooked for years: by the kitchen, not by the cook.
Personal.
Pascal does the strategy. The team executes. No account manager in between. If you work with PIXELS, you work with the people who actually build your brand. We know every client by name, by challenge, by ambition.

We don’t have departments. We’re one team that sits at the same table. Everyone brings something: strategy, design, code, content, campaigns. What connects us: we don’t talk for long. We do.

Referrals, not acquisition.
No outbound. No cold outreach. No awards-page marketing. Every new client comes through a referral or grows from an existing relationship. We rarely lose anyone. And when we do, it’s because the client built the capability in-house. That’s not a loss. That’s what a good agency should enable.
