Your Challenges

Four problems
we see every time.

1.

Getting people to show up

The communication before the event determines attendance. Without a solid campaign, even great events stay empty.

2.

Capturing the moment

Content created during the event has a short shelf life. You need a team that works fast and knows what to capture.

3.

Making it last

Most event content dies within a week. The challenge is creating assets that extend the event’s reach and impact for months.

4.

Coordination complexity

Speakers, sponsors, partners, attendees. Communication across all of them requires structure and clarity.

European Colorectal Congress – We sharpened the positioning of this established congress at the Olma in St. Gallen, built a new website, and support it year-round across every relevant digital channel with content tailored to a medical audience. On site we handle the live communication and produce content for the year ahead, and we design everything from the sponsor brochure to the creative lettering on the stairs.

Tavolata St. Moritz – We carried this traditional brand forward creatively and produced every piece of communication needed before and during the event, from guest signage all the way to the sponsoring brochure.

CfC St. Moritz Industry Days – For the event itself, we developed the Industry Days format and ran the onsite live communication with photo and video, all the way through to coordination and moderation.

ICAP 2030 – We designed and built the website and signed on for the long haul: planned support all the way through to the congress in 2030. We started early, years ahead, because that's where the groundwork pays off.
