Your Challenges

Four problems
we see every time.

1.

Selling before it exists

You’re marketing apartments that aren’t built yet. Buyers need to visualise a life that doesn’t exist. That takes more than floor plans.

2.

Long decision cycles

Real estate is the biggest purchase most people make. The marketing must build trust over weeks and months, not just generate clicks.

3.

Multiple audiences

Owner-occupiers, investors, real estate agents. Each has different motivations and information needs.

4.

Competition for attention

Multiple projects launch simultaneously in the same region. You need to stand out immediately.

We took the Solitaire development in Horw from a communication concept and location analysis all the way to full sale. The work reached far: home staging, an advent calendar built into the building's own windows, gifts for existing tenants and SME events for the commercial units, across both B2C and B2B.

We developed the concept and strategy for marketing the properties, including a reusable framework and a branding strategy built to carry future developments. It runs across the website and the analogue communication materials alike.

We designed and built the website, then handed it over in a way that lets the team develop and edit it independently. No dependency on us to keep it moving.

The complete package for premium office space in Lupfig, from the logo and the website to Google Ads and the marketing that fills the rooms. Brand, presence and performance from a single source.

A property project we carried through the whole package: naming, logo, website and the communication materials. Everything pointed toward one outcome, which it reached: full occupancy.

Naming, branding, website and communication, carried through to full occupancy. Because of the project's scale, we added a pre-launch landing page to build attention in the B2B commercial market before the main rollout.

The full package for a new property development: naming, branding, website and communication materials, all built on the same positioning. One brand, carried consistently from the name to the last piece of collateral.
