Your Challenges

Four problems
we see every time.

1.

Trust deficit

After multiple market cycles, the Web3 audience is sceptical. Communication must be genuine, transparent and backed by action.

2.

Community-first marketing

Traditional advertising doesn’t work here. You need to build and nurture a community that becomes your strongest marketing channel.

3.

Explaining complexity

Tokens, DAOs, DeFi, NFTs. The technology is complex and the terminology is confusing. Communication must educate without condescending.

4.

Regulatory Awareness

The legal landscape is evolving. Communication must be careful about claims, especially around financial products.

On mandate for Inacta Ventures, we developed and built the WEB3FEST event series, held in summer and winter editions with a new location and theme each day across the Web3 space. We carried the overall responsibility and ran the events all over Switzerland.

We conceived the report "Blockchain for Sustainable Business Use Cases", from sparring on the angle to coordinating the content and shaping the design. A dense topic turned into something readable and well-structured.

As co-owners from day one, we built this second-hand marketplace for children's goods, including the e-commerce system for both buying and selling. The shop went on to win two Digital Commerce Awards for best online shop.

As co-owners, we built the umbrella brand and its sub-brands for bio-based lifestyle products: bio-based plastics and felt made from wood-fibre residue, the latter stocked in every Swisscom store. The whole package sat with Pixels, from branding and website to the photo shoot and the marketing campaigns.

What started as support for investor relations and fundraising grew into a CMO-as-a-Service mandate spanning two fundraising rounds. We built the website and the communication materials, acted as sparring partner, and ended up as co-investors.
